My group hypnobirthing courses are by far my most popular class.
Meet other expectant parents-to-be and share your journey with them whilst learning everything you need to know about birth.

An interactive workbook for you to complete during or after the course. Includes: birth partner scripts that can be used during labour, positive birth stories, a hospital bag checklist, birth plan example and much more.
Positive birth affirmation cards. A great way to fill your unconscious mind with positive statements about labour.

Support from myself:
I’m here for you right up until you give birth. Just because the courses finishes, it doesn’t mean the support ends. If you have a little wobble or perhaps need a confidence boost, then I’m more than happy to hop on Zoom for a chat.
Hypnobirthing / relaxation MP3 tracks:
As part of your course, you will receive 4 hypnosis tracks to help you enter into a deep state of relaxation during pregnancy and labour. However, I have gone the extra mile and also recorded a whole host of additional relaxation tracks for you to access, including:

Coffee & Cake Morning/ Whats App group
For any of my clients who are local to the Wakefield and Leeds area. Twice a year, I host a coffee & cake morning at “My Cup Of Tea” cafe in Altofts (WF6 2JH) for you to meet other Mum’s to be or new Mum’s. You will also be asked if you would like to be part of a Whats App group with the other expectant parents on your course to stay in touch.
Just a £50 deposit will secure your space on the course.
